Orders are to be placed a minimum of 2 weeks prior to event date, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible to ensure your desired rental items are secured. We cannot guarantee the availability of our items until we have received a signed contract, credit card authorization form and a 30% non-refundable retainer payment. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to event date.
For pick-up orders and returns we ask that, after the event for all linens to be dry to prevent mildew, free of any wax, food, or confetti, and placed in black bags provided. Please do not pack damp linens. We highly encourage you to thoroughly let any wet linen dry before placing it in the return bags.
Customers will be responsible for any lost or damaged linens, apart from the general wear and tear after the event.
